During the first week of  June 2009 the Manawatu Tram Trust will move into their new offices on the fourth floor of the PNCC building in Palmerston North says Paul O'Brien, Chairman of the Manawatu Tram Trust.

Staff and volunteers who have been working remotely will now be under one roof adds Jon Hogan, Secretary. This will allow us to install our IT, telephony infrastructure, centralised record keeping systems and improve productivity. Fund raising activities, vendor management and stakeholder engagement now shifts to a higher gear. 

As we move into the delivery phase after a long gestation development phase we would like to thank volunteers, sponsors and benefactors who have made this move possible. 

We will be seeking donations in kind,  from the community and local businesses for a number of office related products and services ranging from signage to coffee makers and most things in between.
